We offered only the most elite customer and team experiences, proven out at every stop with double-digit increases in CSAT; team engagement and retention metrics; customer loyalty boosts; together with significant decreases in cost-per-convo. Achieving all simultaneously is the proud craft of any senior CX leader; the “how” is the secret sauce.

I’ve developed deep relationships with CEOs and other execs at these elite partner companies, often helping to shape their product and strategic roadmaps.
And I’ve established a reputation in the CX space not only with outsized impact in my exec roles, but also as a relationship and community builder, who excels at empowering others and unleashing the full potential of fellow leaders and of CX departments.
With the founding of CX Joe, I’ve decided to formalize my role of trusted advisor, facilitator and enabler in the space, and put my hustle and entrepreneurial spirit to work. I’m beyond excited to make an even bigger dent in CX, and to help create winning experiences for many more brands, and many more millions of customers.
